Reasons For Disputing a Will:

1) If you think the Will was constructed without the true thoughts and desires of the deceased.

2) If you think the Will was drafted without professional advice, the Will was homemade and constructed by family members or other beneficiaries.

3) If the deceased was diagnosed with alzheimer’s or dementia and was considered mentally ‘unwell’ to make important decisions liking creating a Will.

4) If the Will was signed without any witnesses being present or the deceased had prepared a more recent Will.
